My mom goes there almost every year. Take a walk/run in the early morning. Stay near baoleqiao. Eat veg meals. Drink some tea. Hike the north summit. I love the experience since I was young.

Must see if you are in Hangzhou, the Buddha's carved in stone look amazing. For the temple inside you have to pay extra but it's wroth it.

Aside from the ‘Chinese Tourists’ this temple is really beautiful. Try to go off season and take a walk around the temple! Beautiful Buddhist statues!

If u are an intl student studying in china n the ticketing officer refused to give u half price, call and report it.. u will get the refund. It happened to me. Bravo zhejiang tourism board!
