É um monumento de quase 20 m de altura localizado no centro da Praça de Mayo, em frente à casa Rosada, um local muito utilizado pela população de Buenos Aires e também muito bom para se tirar fotos.

Centro de la ciudad, en principio nombrada Plaza Mayor. Desde acá se puede ver la casa rosada, banco nación, la catedral de Buenos Aires y el cabildo.
