A must-see spot in Kobe. Sightseeing from the top of the tower is a fantastic experience. Personally I think it's even better than Rokko mountains.

無料ゾーンのやる気のなさは場末の観光地並。「歴史展示」と言いながら文字だけの年表が延々と掲げられているだけ。朝 9 時の開館直後は開いている店もないので注意。

当時の市長原口忠次郎がロッテルダムのユーロマストに刺激を受けて発案、設計は日建設計、施工は大林組と東京スカイツリーと同じ。赤い塔だと思われがちだが内部を白く塗った航空法対応のツートンカラーになっている。
